Abstract

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanotubes with an outer diameter of approximately 245 nm have been successfully prepared using an electrochemical anodization method with anodizing electrolyte containing ethylene glycol solution. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that the TiO2 nanostructure was a crystalline anatase phase. Fabricated of dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) with enhanced energy conversion efficiency using TiO2 nanotubes as scattering layer was performed. Energy conversion efficiency was increased from 2.54 to 6.9%. Web Site:  Web Site for Article
